We are hiring Head of Wealth to spearhead the proposition development for our affluent and HNW/ UHNW customers, and build differentiated Wealth proposition covering wealth accumulation, wealth protection and wealth transfer. The role will be reporting to Chief Officer, Wealth and Proposition. Job Responsibilities:
Lead the formulation of Wealth strategy and setting up Wealth team to enable the execution of the strategy in core markets; it covers targeted segments including Affluent, HNW and UHNW. Develop Wealth proposition and capabilities to drive the growth of affluent, HNW and UHW segments, which will bring incremental revenue to Prudential:
Establish of Bermuda business and operating model Ensure competitiveness of HNW products and drive product innovation Build a distribution strategy that tailored to acquire HNW, which includes private banks, International Brokers Capitalize our network in Asia to build the across market referral to capture offshore needs Implement an HNW servicing model including underwriting capabilities and case management Create the value-added services to strengthen the value proposition such as premium financing partnership and trusts Collaborate with our Asset Management arm Eastspring to capitalize the opportunity Build the right measurement and KPI for monitoring Wealth business growth
Maximize the commercial value by growing the market share of HNW & affluent segments and drive the acquisition of new-to-Prudential Wealth customers (affluent) or upsell from our affluent customer base. Provide thought-leadership to identify the white space and innovation of our wealth proposition. Collaborate with and orchestrate across various internal stakeholders including Distribution leads, Operation & Technology, Product heads, to drive business outcome. Job Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in Financial Institutions Proven track record in managing global/ regional business Strong business acumen and with extensive experience in manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements Significant experience in insurance distribution/ product management Knowledge of High Net Worth (HNW) business sector is preferred Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
