Responsibilities: Perform daily support and operation of system infrastructure, including network, server, security, and data communications. Participate in infrastructure design and implementation. Assist in disaster recovery and capacity planning. Precisely document all infrastructure-related procedures. Ensure specific technology projects meet the business needs, and are completed on schedule and budget. Manage, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Linux/Unix OS and servers. Provide support for all systems and applications running under Linux/Unix environment. Perform system backup and recovery, routine monitoring, and health checks regularly. Support system maintenance and performance tuning. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines. 2+ years hands-on experience in supporting Windows desktops and servers, AD, VMware, SAN Storage, Cisco Router and Switch, DNS, BGP, Firewall, Load Balancer, Wi-Fi network, etc. Willing to work independently and handle ad-hoc requests. Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin). Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix server administration. Professional certificates holder is a plus. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
