Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements Assist in discharging operation, maintenance, and project for all E&M, ELV systems and technical administration work Assist in monitoring and reporting the performance of the building contractors and prepare O&M manuals/check sheets, licenses/certificates, and exam reports compliant with statutory requirements Ensure and maintain the daily operation mechanism work efficiently and cost-effectively as well as up to company high standards Provide all necessary engineering support and instructions to in-house maintenance personnel across departments and event organizers and exhibitors on job training Supervise and manage the on-site building services team Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required Requirements Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering disciplines Minimum 5 years operation, maintenance, and A&A work experience in E&M, MVAC, Electrical, BMS & ELV systems with at least 2 years at a supervisory level A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-initiative and able to work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Interested parties please send your CV in WORD format with current/expected salary and notice period to CV@jc-search.com All information received will be treated in strict confidence and will only be used for recruitment purposes.
