QUALITY & SAFETY ASST MANAGER
– with details as follows: THE JOB : Education : Tertiary education. Experience : 5+ years of quality and safety experience in the toy industry. Team Management : Oversee the work schedule of a China-based QC team of around 10 members. Design & Production : Manage toy and premium product design and production to ensure compliance with quality & safety standards. Factory Audit : Conduct factory audits to ensure compliance with standards. Lab Test Submission : Submit products for lab testing to verify safety and quality. Inspection Scheduling : Arrange QC inspection schedules for China QC team. Problem Solving : Provide troubleshooting, corrective, and preventive action advice. Travel : Occasional trips to production factories in China when required. Reporting : Report directly to the Quality Director. Team Collaboration : Work within a Quality team of 3 members based in the Hong Kong office. Terms & benefits:
