Our client, a well-known Luxury Brand, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Develop, establish and execute clienteling strategies and activities. Implement strategic planning on customer acquisition, retention, and activation programs. Define the data strategy that supports overall CRM database marketing requirements and develop a data roadmap. Oversee and manage ongoing CRM operations, procedures, and all CRM-related system issues. Allocate, control, and review expenses within the given budget. Manage stakeholders and conduct regular meetings with internal and external parties on campaign progress. Job Requirements University graduate in Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline. 8 years of experience in a comparable role in the retail industry. Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe. Strong client service mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must possess leadership skills to develop and train others. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
