ABOUT THE ROLE: Oversee and manage our organization’s infrastructure operations. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technological infrastructure that supports our business operations. Strong background in infrastructure management, excellent leadership, vendor management skills, and a strategic mindset. Drive for continuous improvement, collaborate closely with immediate superior and Regional IT to align infrastructure initiatives and overall company objectives. Oversee and maintain cloud platforms (Azure) and on-premises infrastructure including M365 Admin Center, VMWare, Hyper-V servers, HP storage, Fortinet firewall, networking, and Veeam backup. Ensure high availability and reliability of all systems. Manage and troubleshoot various operating systems (Windows Server). Maintain and upgrade server hardware to meet organizational needs. Design and implement system architecture and integration solutions. Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure systems are integrated seamlessly. Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems. Other duties assigned by the immediate superior. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Degree in Information Technology or relevant field of studies (e.g., professional certification). At least 5 years of experience in related role. Strong hands-on experience and excellent knowledge in Azure Cloud platform. Strong understanding of Cloud architecture, design, and integration. Proven experience with Azure Cloud services and related technologies, including cloud architecture and administration will be an added advantage. Familiar with Cloud platforms (Azure Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure like VMWare, server, storage, Fortinet firewall, networking, Veeam backup, wireless, etc. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication in oral and written in English. Candidate with Azure Certification will be an added advantage.
