Program Manager - Insurance - Asset Management up to 115 KProgram Manager We are seeking an experienced and dynamic transformation Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within Asset Management business. This role is crucial in driving organizational change, improving operational efficiency, and implementing innovative solutions to meet the evolving expectations of our HNW brokers and clients. Key Responsibilities: Transformation Project Management: Lead a transformation project focused on enhancing Asset Management processes for HNW insurance products, while ensuring an exceptional experience for our brokers and partners. Broker Experience Enhancement: Focus on transforming the broker experience by streamlining communication, improving access to information and enhancing digital tools to ensure brokers can serve their clients more efficiently and effectively. Underwriting and Operational Process Optimization and Solutions: Work closely with Underwriting, Operations and IT to improve workflows, automation and assessment processes. Work closely with the IT PMs and delivery teams to deliver solutions, while ensuring the process is broker-friendly and transparent. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between global stakeholders, including senior leadership, underwriting teams, operational teams, distribution partners and IT. Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans for the end-to-end program, including underwriting, operations, distribution, and broker experience initiatives. Ensure clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocations. Manage project action items and risks, and proactively address issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Workshop Facilitation and Preparation: Prepare materials and thorough agendas to guide workshops, and drive decision making and clear outcomes. Facilitate discussions to solve complex problems that may impact project delivery, escalating where necessary. Global Coordination: Manage transformation efforts across different geographic regions, understanding local market nuances, regulatory requirements, and processes to ensure global alignment with regional specifics, all while improving the broker experience. Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different time zones and cultures to ensure project success. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing transformation projects within the asset management insurance space. Strong experience in leading large-scale process improvement initiatives, technology integration, and cross-functional projects. Skills: Deep understanding of Asset Management insurance. Excellent project management skills, with expertise in agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies. Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to navigate complex, global organizations. Proven ability to drive change management and ensure the seamless adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes. Expertise in creating and enhancing broker-focused processes and tools that improve their experience and overall satisfaction.
