Head of Sales, Private Banking (Hong Kong) Our client, a leading bank is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Head of Sales, Private Banking segment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the private banking sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of private bankers and relationship managers to drive client acquisition and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, offering tailored wealth management solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment, risk, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities. Drive cross-selling initiatives across the bank’s products and services to maximize client value. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies. Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and client relationship management. Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
