Responsibilities: Generating high quality sales leads for the business. Achieving the annual KPIs set by the Head of Sales. Setting appointments for sales to meet with potential customers. Cold calling potential customers. Working closely with other team members (including Pre-sales, Marketing, and Services). Identifying potential opportunities for new business, cross-selling, and upselling. Following up on sales inquiries from customers. Account management when required for existing customers. General sales administration as required. Job Requirements: Degree holder with IT related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the IT industry. Excellent sales skills and a proven track record of achieving KPIs. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior executives. Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
