Grow retail sales and revenue for credit card products Develop effective strategies, innovative and actionable card usage plans and programs which align with management directions and are beneficial to credit card business growth Execute marketing programs and coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth implementation of strategic marketing programs and initiatives Manage sales volume and the cost, achieve business target with a reasonable budget Maintain relationship with existing business partners and explore new partnership to benefit the building of card usage habit of existing cardholders Identify potential customer segments and analyze their needs to retain the profitable segment, stimulate users for the card utilization and increase active ratio Manage the reward programs and reward costs to balance and control profitability Job requirements: Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines Over 3 years’ experience in marketing or product management of retail banking or credit card products Experience in managing partners relationship and external vendors Good team player and detail-oriented Strong interpersonal and communication skills Applicants with more experience can be considered for the position “Senior Manager” Interested parties please send your detail resume in MS WORD format with current and expected salary through
