(Senior) Manager - General Insurance Claims Our client, a prominent international insurer, is seeking a (Senior) Claims Manager to join their team. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Manager position. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the entire Claims Department. Develop and mentor team members to ensure performance meets expectations. Assess current workflows and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Formulate and implement strategies and development plans to achieve company profitability and growth objectives. Prepare management reports and analyze statistics related to the department's performance. Provide technical expertise in managing complex and high-value claims. Participate in ad hoc projects as required. Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the general insurance industry; experience in property, casualty, personal lines is a plus. Proven management experience, with strong strategic planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to handle complex and large technical claims, along with project management experience. A responsible and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English and Chinese. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
