Job Responsibilities To achieve mortgage sales targets by establishing good relationships with business partners such as property agencies. Minimum Requirements Degree holder or above or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in generating mortgage lending business in the banking industry. Passes in MPF, Insurance, and Securities Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4). Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Mortgage Sales Manager. ECF achievement is a definite advantage.
