Define and manage the product development roadmap for our managed services products, in alignment with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment of product development with overall business strategy. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, incorporate this feedback into product development. Manage and mentor the product development team, including product managers, designers, and engineers. Work with the engineering team to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget, to meet customer needs and quality standards. Develop and manage product pricing and profitability, monitor product performance against financial targets. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, incorporate their feedback into product development. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT services industry, and apply this knowledge to product development. Managed Service Consultant

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and network security, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. Manage and monitor client systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and work with clients and internal teams to resolve them. Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, system configurations, and user manuals. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and network security. Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required. Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including managed services, cloud computing, and network security. Experience in managing a product development team, including product managers, designers, and engineers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers and partners. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically. Knowledge of product management frameworks such as Agile and Scrum. Experience in conducting market research and analysis, using customer feedback to drive product development. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
