Under the technical team to work with the distribution sales team, be the first point of contact for customers during the sales cycle around the solution design. Support sale teams to drive infrastructure services business or opportunity, especially in Virtualization, SAN Storage, cloud and Backup solutions. Design and provide scoping professional services to fulfill customer's requirements. Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology. 3 years relevant experience handling Pre-sale role. Willing to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skill. Holder with Oracle, Enterprise Server, Storage, Backup Vendor Certified is an advantage. Good knowledge in any of the following areas is preferred - Storage knowledge on Oracle, IBM / Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix / Backup: Veeam, Commvault, Arcserve, Quantum. A team player who is capable of handling challenges and self-motivated. Good Communication skills; proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good vendors/carriers relationship and product management skill.
