In this role, you will work closely with our experienced researchers and engineers to advance the state-of-the-art in areas such as language modeling, text processing, speech recognition, multimodal AI systems, deepfake detection, and explainable AI. Key Responsibilities: Conduct independent and collaborative research on various NLP and speech recognition topics, including (but not limited to) deep learning models, language understanding, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech. Design and implement novel algorithms, models, and techniques to tackle complex problems in the NLP and speech recognition domains. Analyze large-scale datasets, develop and optimize models, and evaluate their performance. Contribute to the development of prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and participate in the research community through publications, conferences, and other outreach activities. Mentor and collaborate with junior researchers and engineers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Key Requirements: Ph. D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field, with a strong focus on NLP, speech recognition, or a closely related area. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Py Torch, Tensor Flow, and experience in developing and optimizing complex software systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team. Strong publication record in top-tier conferences and journals in the field of NLP and/or speech recognition is highly desired.
