At ConnectedGroup, we are supporting a children healthcare assessment and treatment, and youth empowerment non-profit organization, in the search for their Executive Director. Reporting into the Board of Directors and leading a team of 5+ people, the Executive Director will be responsible for developing and executing their organizational strategy, effectively engaging with donors, and overseeing the organizational financial health, HR, marketing, branding and overall operation. Responsibilities: Leading the organization and its team in the achievement of its mission and vision, through active communication with the Board of Directors. Ensuring program alignment with the organizational mission, as well as its strategic development and execution, measuring results and beneficiary feedback. Developing fundraising strategies, engaging with donors and writing grant proposals. Responsible for the fiscal integrity of the organization and its financial health, proposing an annual budget and presenting monthly financial statements to the Board of Directors. Developing and maintaining a strong and positive brand reputation. Achieving strategic goals for fundraising, productivity, program management, advocacy and financial reserves. Leading, recruiting, motivating, mentoring, evaluating, growing and retaining staff members. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business or relevant fields Proven leadership experience (5 years minimum), with no less than 10 years of work experience Experience working in an NGO setting, ideally in a programs role Strong passion and commitment to serve the community Innovative, assertive, compassionate, positive and visionary leader Effective communication in Cantonese and English, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
