Senior Manager, Sales (Head of Sales in International Freight Forwarding Company)
Being the Head of Sales – Business Development. To initiate and implement the business strategies. To be responsible for the individual sales team’s performance and supervision. Responsibilities Local / Global Target Account new business development in Freight Forwarding Industry. Manage and lead Sales team in Business Development to chase up the revenue and monitor KPI. Provide training to improve sales techniques and give guidance/joint calls with Sales for the visit of VIP clients. Global and Regional Key Client business relationship building and retention to chase up the revenue position. Project leader for the global account. Responsible for hunting and development of the customers worldwide. Plan and carry out regular visits to customers’ regional office for new business opportunities, establish relationships and build rapport. Oversee customer services workflow for services assurance. Potential/Strategic trade lanes development with overseas counterparts. Monitor market information & formulate strategies on business development. Qualifications Degree in Logistics, Sales & Marketing, or related disciplines. At least 10 years relevant experience in freight/cargo industry with 5 years of sales management & team supervision experience. Base up to HKD 58k/month, 13 months guaranteed + bonus. Seniority level
