Responsibilities
Monitor overall cost to ensure a P&L target achieved, through driving team efficiency. Ensure improvement on conversion over time by developing right practices. Ensure revenue target achieved by implementing the right sales and performance strategy. Create, develop and formulate the optimised ways to drive the performance-based business with different partners in NMG different Brands and platforms. Develop the workflow and insights, and equip the Content team on content development capabilities. Identify client needs by developing new offers. Develop new products and/or strategy for future development. Identify, develop and grow talents for the team to ensure strong and robust performance. Requirements Degree holder. Over 10 years experience in business/product development. Good management skills and entrepreneurial experience. Detail-oriented and well organized. Good understanding of multimedia and advertising industries. Digitally savvy and embracing new technology and AI. Result-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Seniority Level
