This Associate Manager position is specialized in data analytics and applications for Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) frontline labor business model. He/she is responsible to design and create interactive reports and data visualization, also to develop, maintain and enhance customized frontline labor data models and planning applications to ensure the data tools are met with the dynamic business needs at all times.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative data application tools and reports for Workforce Management team to drive HKDL frontline labor efficiencies
Create interactive frontline labor reports, data visualization and dashboard for business decision-making, strategic planning and other uses
Provide instant support in extracting, cleaning and consolidating raw data, and optimize data models for ad-hoc reporting or analytical uses
Maintain, troubleshoot issues and enhance existing labor models / tools / reports to meet the dynamic business needs
Participate in workforce management projects, collaborate with other LOB partners to ensure data sets are accurate and applicable for workforce labor analysis and planning, as well as support to deliver solutions for anticipate and timely response to the dynamic change of business model to maximize company’s revenue
Maintain and document data structure and algorithm in all specialized labor applications and provide technical trainings to workforce management team members
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline
5+ years of work experience in Data Analytics related areas including 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Expertise in data visualization with Power BI / Tableau / Other visualization tools
Solid knowledge and work experience with multiple programming languages, e.g. SQL/ Python
Knowledge of workforce management / scheduling systems is preferred
Fluent in Cantonese and English
Highly detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with ability to independently manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment
