Institutional Sales and Business Development Manager (Futures Department)Assist senior sales and department head selling mainly global futures execution and clearing services to the clients and prospects (institutional clients), covering Asia region, to generate revenues. To deeply communicate and understand institutional customers’ needs, to design and provide various viable solutions to meet the clients' various demands (e.g., execution needs, clearing, financing, and collateral solutions demand). Be the subject matter expert for the assigned new projects/products offerings in the department, so to work internally with other departments, communicate the new offerings to clients, and to share with the team. Assist business development by introducing and cross-selling the group’s other companies' services (Securities, Bank, Asset Management business) to the suitable institutional clients. Identify and assist Head of Futures to plan, target, and strategically expand institutional sales areas across the Asia region. Requirements: Minimum bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. About 1-2 years’ experience in sales, institutional client relationships, or business development in Securities/Futures Brokerage firms, sell-side banks, and Investment banks. Familiar and knowledgeable about the ecosystem of the futures brokerage world in the Greater China and Singapore area. Experience in selling Equities brokerage solutions to institutional clients will be a plus. Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
