Responsible for the design, installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of system and network infrastructure. Monitor the health, performance, and security of the enterprise network. Troubleshoot any irregularities and issues. Create and maintain technical documentation for the network. Liaise with external vendors regarding upgrades and maintenance work. Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines. At least 2 years of working experience in network administration. Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and related products (Layer 2/3 switch, Router, Firewall, VPN, Vo IP, Wireless Controller, and WIFI Access Point). Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and Forti Gate/Palo Alto firewalls. Holding a CCNA certification is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
