Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer. Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long-term relationships. Build strong networks within your specialization with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities.
