Operational Risk Manager Job Description Monitor and manage the operational risk of the business. Develop, review, and implement operational risk management policies and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements and company practices. Identify the risk and analyze the risk profile; prepare reports for senior management review. Implement operational risk reporting systems and maintain databases. Responsible for business risk management and internal operation control. Perform work related to credit risk management. Requirements Degree or above in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Law, or related disciplines. Possess CFA / FRM or relevant qualifications preferred. Minimum 5 years or above experience in operational risk management in banking / financial institutions. Good understanding of financial business operations, products, and services. Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and practices related to operational risk management in banking / financial institutions. Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
