In this role, you will establish and grow brand awareness in key markets while driving efficient customer acquisition through a strategic blend of paid media (including SEM, display, and paid social marketing) and organic traffic growth initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the performance of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, enhancing brand positioning, and positioning Money Hero as a trusted authority in the industry. This role reports to the Group Head of Marketing. Your Responsibilities Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market share Lead the development and execution of holistic performance marketing strategies across offline, online and affiliate channels to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition Strengthen brand positioning by establishing clear competitive differentiation and advantages, ensuring brand consistency across all channels Brand Measurement: Establish key metrics for brand awareness, equity, and performance to assess and report on the success of brand campaigns. Digital and Social Strategy: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, social media strategies, and content marketing to build a strong, consistent brand presence. Serve as the team's paid media expert, providing best practices and insights for efficient customer acquisition. Collaborate with agencies to optimize paid campaigns to meet business goals effectively, leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering data-driven insights, regular performance reports, and strategic guidance in performance marketing. Develop and manage monthly marketing budgets aligned with key business objectives, optimizing strategies throughout the month Oversee regular reporting on paid marketing performance, utilizing existing frameworks while suggesting and implementing enhancements to reporting tools. Drive experimentation initiatives to ensure efficient allocation of marketing budgets and maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including broader marketing, product, and technology teams, on strategic projects and initiatives. Your Qualifications A successful track record in developing and executing impactful brand strategies across various channels, proven experience in managing substantial brand budgets. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing; focusing on executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. Experience in leading teams, preferably within a regional or HQ team set up, demonstrating success in driving exponential growth through experimentation. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets and functions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; experience in a regional marketing role and/or agency is advantageous. In-depth knowledge and experience with various performance marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook Ads Manager, DV 360, and others. Proven experience managing large-scale paid advertising budgets to meet business objectives and ROI targets. Ability to leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to formulate strategic recommendations and optimization tactics. Proactive self-starter with a passion for learning and collaborating with diverse teams. Enthusiastic about fintech and its transformative potential.
