About the Role In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our Company's image through strategic communication initiatives. At CTF Life, we value innovation, collaboration, and excellence in all that we do. Media Relations: Develop and implement effective media strategies and policies to enhance communication, increase the Company's share of voice in local and mainland markets, and strengthen the brand through targeted media angles, executive interviews, and press events. Manage all media activities and communications, including the creation of press events and materials for business initiatives, product/services launches, and executive interviews. Oversee media training programs and maintain strong relationships with media representatives to maximize coverage and engagement. Content Creation and Communications: Formulate and implement internal and external communication strategies across all business lines, enhancing corporate image and brand visibility in local and mainland markets. Serve as the content and editorial lead, producing high-quality written materials such as press releases, articles, corporate brochures, speeches, newsletters, infographics, advertorials, and LinkedIn content. Event Management and Coordination: Design and execute PR and Corporate Communications strategies aligned with the company’s corporate goals, managing PR agencies and vendors to ensure successful event delivery. Monitor media for emerging issues, develop timely messaging and responses for crisis scenarios, and manage reputational risk by addressing external inquiries and complaints. Awards Submission: Assist in preparing presentation decks and submissions for industry awards. Market Know-how and Others: Lead and conduct market intelligence monitoring, reporting, and analysis. Assist Head of Corporate Communications function as required. What We Look For? Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related disciplines. At least 8 years in corporate communications and media relations gained at PR agencies or in the insurance industry. Hands-on experience in organizing corporate, media, and volunteering events, and content development & copywriting. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and collaborate in a team environment. Willing to explore and break through from comfort zones with a can-do attitude, passionate with an innovative mind. Target and detail-oriented, able to multi-task with good time and people management skills. High proficiency in PC knowledge and MS Applications.
