Assist in monitoring the daily smooth operations of the customer service center. Supervise the customer service team to deliver aftersales service and technical solutions. Provide support in managing the procedures of installation and maintenance service. Handle job allocation, manpower arrangement, and roster scheduling for technicians. Follow up on the renewal of warranty and maintenance contracts with key customers. Prepare monthly KPI reports and maintain customer information in the system. Requirements
University graduate, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 6-8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role. Experience in monitoring aftersales and customer service for automotive products. Previous experience in escalators or large electrical machines will also be considered. Familiarity with the whole operation of service centers and maintenance procedures. Result-oriented, dynamic, team player with good problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken and written English; Mandarin will be an asset. Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
