Job Duties Liaise with various business units on business requirements Perform requirement analysis, feasibility study, and produce requirement and functional specifications Communicate and cooperate between business users, vendors, and development teams Coordinate UAT and prepare documentation Communicate and arrange certification with external parties/vendors/service providers Provide production support to business units when necessary Job Requirements Bachelor Degree/Associate Degree/High Diploma/Diploma Graduates in IT related disciplines Prior experience in business analysis; experience in vendor management is a plus Less experienced candidates could apply for Fresh/Assistant Project Officer Good team player with a positive attitude, able to adapt to changes and work under pressure Strong analytic skills and problem-solving skills
