is seeking to hire a Vice President,
Senior Credit Analyst, Corporate Banking
to provide credit structuring and credit analysis support for corporate banking business to achieve its bank business growth. Role Responsibilities Be responsible for the credit analysis of
Large Corporate Banking
clients, including the credit application write-up, rating application, and continuous monitoring of credit performance of the assigned corporate customers. Provide advice and support on the preparation of credit application, industry research, rating application, financial analysis, cash flow modelling, and to answer subsequent enquiries from Credit Approval department; Handle credit related matters including review of latest financials of obligors upon receipt of financial statements, long term loan review, compliance of credit approval conditions with bank policy and instructions; Oversee documentation matters of existing and new transaction after credit approval; Continuously review the existing credit commitments to identify potential credit problems and to recommend appropriate action when needed; Requirements 7 years experience in credit analysis and credit management from reputable international corporate banks including financial analysis and cash flow projection for large corporate customers ESG knowledge is an advantage Experience in covering different types of large corporate customers and blue chip corporates is advantageous; Bachelor's Degree; Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, FRM are desirable Good writing and communication/presentation/excel and PowerPoint skills in English; Fluency in Chinese and English required If you believe you have the relevant skill and experience and are interested in this position, kindly get in touch with Jack Leung with your CV to engage in a confidential discussion.
