Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager
Responsibilities: The position is to provide leadership of full range of C&B functions to ensure C&B team operates smoothly in line with the listed company's policies and guidelines. You will be in charge of payroll, MPF & pension, taxation, work injury, benefits and leave administration; to review salaries and bonuses each year including company's incentive programmes, health care insurance scheme and employees' compensation insurance. You will support a wide range of C&B programmes to meet the company's business strategy by helping to develop, drive and evaluate all initiatives. Key Responsibilities To be responsible for full range of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations are in order, on time and follow the company policies. This includes payroll, pensions, taxes, benefit administration and leave management. Leadership and development of C&B team to make sure that all personal data, benefit enrolments and relevant information are accurately maintained, and handled in compliance with data protection regulations. Conduct regular C&B market surveys and drive improvements and benchmark best practices to refine HR systems or propose new initiatives, and ensure company's competitive position. Manage and maintain the HR budget effectively. Ensure proper management of electronic and manual filing systems to maintain data integrity and confidentiality. Monitor insurance claims and ensure high service standards and quality in claim processing. Responsible for all insurance renewal approval papers preparation. Provide regular analysis and insights on staff costs to assist management in decision-making. Advise and provide guidance to HR team members, business operations, and key stakeholders on C&B-related matters, policies, and guidelines while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Review and recommend enhancements to policies, guidelines, and system processes to ensure compliance and achieve operational excellence by regularly performing internal control and audit. Prepare and deliver HR analytics and reports, including manpower and headcount data, staff turnover, leave liabilities, payroll costs, and other key metrics. Collaborate closely with Business Unit HR (BUHR) teams to deliver ad hoc projects and fulfill additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Education: University graduate in Human Resources Management or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience in managerial positions focusing on C&B. Skills: Strong business acumen, data management, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent English and Chinese language skills are required. Seniority level
