Fully responsible for the asset operations of the exchange's contract business, including asset due diligence, contract design, operational coordination, and execution. Ensure that contract assets meet market demands and risk control standards. Based on market analysis results, propose targeted contract asset design solutions, including but not limited to contract multipliers, price precision, leverage ratios, position limits, etc. Manage comprehensive contract assets, including but not limited to perpetual contracts, delivery contracts, and coin-margined contracts. Adjust the launch strategy of contract assets in a timely manner based on user feedback and data analysis results to continuously meet users' trading needs. Regularly collect user experience feedback on contract asset trading, and based on user feedback and competitive research, produce clear and high-quality product requirement proposals. Collaborate with product and development teams to optimize contract trading features, such as mark price, funding rates, and cross-margin, ensuring that contract asset trading aligns with market trends and user needs. Work closely with product, technical, and marketing teams to efficiently translate user needs into product development requirements, driving rapid iteration and launch of contract assets and products. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields. Preference for candidates familiar with Web 3.0, blockchain, finance, securities, or futures trading industries. 3+ years of experience in contract operations or contract product management at an exchange, with a deep understanding of exchange contract business. Experience in conducting due diligence on blockchain assets, with sensitivity to asset hotspots and enthusiasm for trading. Capable of independently completing asset due diligence, contract design, operational coordination, and execution. Familiar with the design logic of contract trading and possess detailed knowledge of contract trading/products. Able to consider contract design from a user perspective, with an understanding of foundational trading concepts such as index price, mark price, funding rates, and ADL (Auto-Deleveraging). Passionate about researching blockchain assets, enjoys chasing industry trends, and prior contract trading experience is a plus. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and innovation: Able to think from both user and developer perspectives and skilled at analyzing competitors. Active thinking, clear logical reasoning, able to articulate ideas and insights effectively, and adept at communicating with colleagues across departments.
