Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager, Recruitment and Business Partner Human Resources Department Job Responsibilities: Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and provide HR policy guidance Screen and select applicants for interviews, conduct employment interviews and make recommendations to line managers for further assessments Liaise with line managers to identify their staffing needs and recommend effective solutions to facilitate them achieving business targets Source appropriate recruitment channels to fulfill the recruitment needs, including preparing recruitment advertisements and sourcing appropriate effective recruitment agencies Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment position, preferably in a banking environment Knowledge of employment legislation and relevant banking regulation Able to work under pressure, good communications and interpersonal skills Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, including Putonghua Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Banking
