Lead and monitor product development & marketing projects, coordinating with internal parties to ensure deadlines are met. Formulate and drive the overall planning and strategies to achieve business targets. Drive the performance of brand awareness and sizable brand building activities. Conduct analysis to understand market trends and explore opportunities and challenges for growth. Prepare marketing materials, compile regular reports, and participate in ad hoc projects. Job Requirements
University degree in Marketing or related discipline. At least 4 years of solid experience in product development and management. Strong network and practical experience with third-party designers. Creative, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attentive to details, and able to work independently under pressure. Good business sense, strategic thinking, strong communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as computer applications, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
