Responsibilities Provide quality tenant services including but not limited to premises handover/ takeover execution, tenancy fitting out/ reinstatement coordination, tenant’s complaint resolutions etc. Carry out property management of the assigned sites and maintain good rapport with tenants. Liaise with team partners of leasing, building management, technical services, marketing & promotions, etc. Support other ad hoc projects if required. Requirements Tertiary educated or above in Property Management or related discipline Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property management, familiarity with pre-fitting out preparatory works and large-scale A&A projects would be a definite advantage Self-motivated, reliable and mature, be able to work in diverse environments Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
