Responsibilities: Supervise the Customer Service team to deliver customer services in a timely, efficient and quality manner in a clinic setting. Provide on-the-job training & coaching to the team. Assist in the formulation of Customer Service guidelines. Plan and administer daily manpower arrangements. Deliver professional and high-quality service experience at the front desk, including patient registration, appointment booking, and handling phone inquiries. Carry out any other duties as required by the Manager and the Company. Requirements: Higher Diploma or above academic qualification. Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in customer service. Customer-centric in driving total customer satisfaction. Mature, positive, proactive, and possessing a customer-service manner. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in PC knowledge.
