Responsibilities: Support the Planning team on operations to ensure assigned work is effectively carried out in accordance with appropriate procedures and airworthiness requirements. Provide support for the control and provision of appropriate engine life data for production and applicable external parties, along with its amendments. Manage the control, scanning, administration, storage, receipt, and dispatch of all technical records. Prepare, issue, and approve engine life-limited part record sheets for production. Initiate and coordinate process improvement activities. Liaise closely with various parties for the operation of the Technical Records team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Aviation, or a related discipline is preferred. Proficient in MS Excel and Access; Visual Basic knowledge would be an advantage. Good command of spoken Cantonese and written English. Fresh graduates are welcome.
