Insurance Distribution Support Specialist. Principal Responsibilities Review life insurance new business application and deliver premium financing end-to-end case management service. Support to uplift branch and individual sales quality above threshold throughout the routine case review, reinforcement training and regular reporting. Timely provide accurate case information in consistent basis to sales staff for taking remediation to the new application. Handle case enquiries from sales staff in a professional manner. Support additional and/or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
