Be accountable for achieving assigned profit objectives through FX, derivatives and rates trading, within the delegated authority and risk/counterparty limits. Ensure compliance with trading guidelines, position and risk limits. Understand and interpret current market dynamics, handle enquiries and provide pricing to the front line business units and branches. Provide competitive pricing and market information to other business units and branches for execution of customer orders. Provide market information and analysis to management for formulating strategic purpose. Provide coaching/guidance to junior staff. Assist in developing and monitoring treasury operational policies. Requirements Willing to perform night shift duty, including Hong Kong public holidays. University degree or above preferred and professionally qualified. Minimum 3 years' experience in active FX & rates trading function. Proven track record on P&L performance. Licensed with HKMA/SFC for Type 1 and 4 activities are preferred. ECF-TM qualification is preferable. Thorough knowledge of business practice and principles plus in-depth understanding of FX & rates trading. Good communication and people skills to work with different levels of talents within the Bank. Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills. Pragmatic with strong drives for results. Comprehensive understanding on PRC financial market is definitely an advantage.
