Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Independently handle documentation tasks, including drafting, reviewing and verifying standard and non-standard facility letter and security documents within strict deadlines and in a professional manner; Handle credit limit and collateral monitoring; Prepare various reports for internal and regulatory requirements (incl., CBRC and HKMA); Proactively involve in system enhancement projects from time to time. Job Requirements University graduate, preferably with relevant qualification in banking or legal areas; Minimum 8 years of hands-on relevant experience in banking sector; Familiar with banking products with documentation experience (incl. bilateral loan, syndication loan, trade finance, treasury products, etc.); Knowledge of PRC laws and regulations and exposure of projects on systems an asset; Detailed minded, sound analytic skill and able to work independently and under pressure with team spirit; Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Putonghua speaking is a must. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
