Our client is an international insurer, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the technical team to identify opportunities for cloud platform adoption and implement strategies to promote its benefits across the organization. Liaise with users in local markets (including Japan) and respective technical support teams in Cloud Operation for cloud server operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting and ensuring optimal performance and security. Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Japanese to gather requirements,provide updates, and ensure alignment on project objectives. Create detailed technical documentation, including system design, and user guides in both english and japanese Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as technical business analyst Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred) and English, both written and spoken. Strong understanding of major cloud platforms preferable in Azure and AWS cloud server operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and technical requirements. Strong stakeholder management
