What you'll be doing? Coordinate with clients, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze user feedback, and ensure that the web/app design meet user expectations. Document campaign-related materials, including timeline, requirements, and meeting minutes, to promote a consistent understanding among all stakeholders. Assist the development team in implementing campaign features, participate in the technical execution of campaigns, and ensure that campaigns are launched on time and function properly. Prioritize user experience during activities by gathering user feedback, and proposing improvement suggestions to enhance activity design, making it more engaging and interactive. Work closely with marketing, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of activities, coordinating resources effectively to support activity objectives. Working on-site as needed. Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience including at least 2 years in a similar role. Familiarity with the development processes for websites and applications. Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple activity projects and ensure timely completion. Proficiency in computer and office processing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for effective engagement with clients locally and internationally. Strong reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English. Responsible, team-oriented, and proactive approach, capable to working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
