Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Analyze service performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management. Train and mentor the security team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to drive team success. Qualifications
Higher diploma or above in BA, computer studies, or related field, or Lower education but with concrete related experience is also acceptable. Proven experience in SLA management and performance metrics analysis. Familiarity with data center infrastructure, operations, and best practices is a plus. Ability to review and enhance the current operation workflow to fulfill business growing needs. Excellent client servicing and communication skills. Able to lead a newly formed team and work in a new setup site. First Aid certification. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Benefits
