Our client, a well-known Luxury brand, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Set standards for retail performance and retail excellence. Manage performance of each store and store operations to enhance performance and build a good client experience. Work with store managers to ensure all business operations are in order. Plan sales strategies to ensure high performance and that KPIs are met. Review and drive service excellence to ensure stores are aligned with business needs and strategies for excellent client servicing. Lead and plan activities in stores to deliver client service results. Monitor store operation performance, ensuring proper inventory flow and stock levels, and productivity. Utilize innovative plans to reduce operational costs and analyze controllable costs to meet budget. Ensure efficient flow of store products, including merchandising, supply chain, store planning, and repairs. Job Requirements 5 years of related experience in the Luxury or Retail industry. Passionate about luxury retail and building highly engaged teams to deliver an excellent branded retail experience. A good people leader and team player with a positive mindset. Well organized and committed to accuracy at all levels of detail. Experience in and enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment. Able to work well in a multicultural environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral.
