Position Overview Key Responsibilities Customer Provide support to sales professionals with customer transactions throughout the store. Assist with gift wrapping customer merchandise to ensure timely service is provided. Ensure that customer capture information is being taken for each transaction. Product Periodically check all cash wraps for merchandise to go to shipping or the tailor shop. Ensure cash wraps are kept clear of merchandise from holds, returns, etc. Ensure all cash wrap areas are stocked/supplied with all necessary supplies (gift wrapping/packing supplies, office supplies, transfer/hold tags etc.) to complete transactions. Business Objectives Ensure responsible use of all gift wrapping/packaging supplies in order to control store expenses. Responsible for opening and closing POS systems, following Company guidelines and procedures. Responsible for preparing deposits and reconciling daily sales media. Process all sales transactions and follow Company regulations when accepting forms of payment. Must be knowledgeable of return, markdown/discount, tax, security and packaging policies. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Minimum 1-2 years of related customer service/cashier experience, preferably within the luxury retail environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be detail oriented, customer service oriented and highly organized. Ability to multi-task and work within a team environment. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, co-workers and management. We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
