Job Description Support customer in using our Production Management System (real-time RFID) smoothly, mainly via telephone and email. Perform on-site demonstration, training, and support to customers, which may require a business trip to China (usually day trip or short trip). Perform testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of the system for customers. Build and maintain good customer relationships and high-quality service for the company. Job Requirements Knowledge and experience in industrial engineering, factory production process, or production management is a MUST, preferably in the garment/textile industry. Knowledge in using PMS or basic IT/application software. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Attentive to details, good analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge in pattern design and making is an advantage.
