Regional IT Manager, Enterprise Applications (Luxury Retail) Client Description: Global luxury retail company Job Description: Candidates with less experience will be considered as Regional Assistant IT Manager. Responsibilities: Oversee the enterprise applications and implementation of projects that contribute to the improvement and standardization of the business, technology infrastructure and/or systems and applications in alignment with business and user needs. Manage business demands, analyze business requirements, and prepare cost/benefit analysis. Deliver large scale digital and ERP transformation projects on a Regional/Global scale, working closely with key stakeholders, Senior Executives, and IT team. Manage and monitor daily functions and operations of the assigned area, ensuring continuity of services and SLA with vendor application support are met. Work with business to support process improvement and data analysis needs, ensuring timely communication to business stakeholders regarding system/process changes, training updates, and other pertinent information. Collaborate with Business Units and IT application development teams in project management, requirements study, and testing according to established procedures. Mobilize large teams and drive both internal and external parties to commit to their work responsibilities and project deadlines. Ensure consistent communication to all stakeholders across all levels on project status, issues, and risk reporting. Ensure project success and completion; escalate as necessary to remove any roadblocks impeding success. Multi-task and manage several projects concurrently. Required to attend conference calls to discuss client requirements during US daytime. Job Requirements: Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Retail or FMCG working experience is a must. 5 years of experience in Application Implementation and Management or Project Manager role, preferably with Regional exposure in sizable companies. 3 years of solid experience in ERP projects implementation such as SAP, JDE Enterprise One. Proven track record of managing large scale application projects and business process re-engineering. Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage complexity with good problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, enjoy hosting and presenting in front of large groups. High attention to detail and attentive to risk. Ability to work independently on complex tasks which require analysis and action. Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the company and work well with staff members and user community, particularly with senior business management team. Fluency in English and Mandarin. Flexible to travel. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in System Development/ E-commerce/ IBM Sterling/ JDE Enterprise One. Experience with leading teams utilizing Agile and DevOps methodologies. PMP/SIX SIGMA Certification. Relevant experience working with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and HR systems.
