The University now invites application for the following position : Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship - Project Officer / Assistant Project Officer(Ref: PO/APO (CIE-830008) 2025-04-03)Responsibilities Implement and coordinate a new project related to youth entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area (GBA); Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including alumni and students, for the effective execution of activities related to this project; Manage the project's budget; Prepare promotional materials for the project, including website and social media management; Serve as secretary in committees and work groups. Applicants Should Possess a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector or in sizable organisations; Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); Have strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese word-processing; Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills; Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment and be capable of multitasking and attentive to details; Be able to work independently while being an effective team player; Be willing to work non-office hours and undertake occasional out-of-town trips. Experience with design software such as Canva, educational background in programme management or business-related discipline, and work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.
