On-going support for Windows Shared Platform, common monitoring services, and Container Infrastructure. Technical support for project implementation and system enhancement. Act as lead role in planning, evaluation, management, and acceptance for implementation of new infrastructure projects. Liaise with users and vendors for requirements study, implementation, and on-going support activities. Planning, evaluation, management, and acceptance for implementation of new and upgrade projects. Prepare technical specification and evaluation report for new or upgrade projects. Study and solve technical problems in the infrastructure services. Study and handle the IT security risk findings from various assessment and audit exercises. Job Requirements
University Degree Holder. Good in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Solid experience in implementation of sizable IT projects. Solid working experience in IT production and technical support. Solid working experience in providing technical support on Windows platforms. Good experience in providing technical support and administration on Microsoft Internet Information Services and Microsoft SQL Server. Working experience in providing technical support and administration on SAN and server virtualization is preferable. Working experience in supporting Container Infrastructure is preferable. Working experience in administration of system monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG Network Monitor) is preferable. Less experience will be considered as System Administrator.
