Director, Business Information Security (HKD$1.4 M-HKD$2 M) (D29 MEQ-61 DEA806) Central and Western District, Hong Kong Salary: HKD1000000 - HKD1500000 per annum + good bonus Join our team as a Business Information Security leader to drive strategic changes in cyber security functions on a business level in a dynamic environment, where your expertise will shape the future of technology in a leading organization. What you'll do: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to create cyber security strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring secure operations and effective risk management. Work closely with Cyber Security leadership to design and oversee a comprehensive portfolio of critical services that meet the needs of business and IT stakeholders. Maintain the Book of Work (BOW) by systematically prioritizing and organizing projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, resource availability, and business requirements. Regularly assess portfolio performance and provide detailed reports on progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Foster stakeholder engagement by facilitating feedback sessions and maintaining clear communication, ensuring that project priorities and organizational goals are well understood and met. Strategic Communication Develop and refine internal and external communications to highlight Cyber Security priorities and enhance organizational alignment. Simplify complex initiatives into clear, actionable messages tailored to diverse audiences and facilitate departmental communication through events and centralized updates. Inclusive Culture & Employee Resilience Initiate and promote programs that encourage employee well-being and psychological safety. Partner with internal teams to implement flexible workplace policies and drive cyber security awareness initiatives, contributing to a strong risk culture. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of these programs. What you'll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.10+ years of experience in business management or risk governance. Strong skills in monitoring and reporting KPIs. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proven ability to foster an inclusive workplace culture and promote employee wellness. Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools. Speaks fluent English; ability to speak Cantonese is ideal (but not necessary).
