You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. Job Responsibilities Build & guide the team in understanding customers’ needs, business models, strategies and building AN value proposition. Establish senior level relationships with key customers. Serve as a senior contracts negotiator on commercial terms. Ensure management understands the risks & opportunities in the market. Qualifications University graduate or above with at least 5 years sales experience, preferably in the building material or paints industry in Hong Kong. Team management experience would be a plus. Demonstrate high levels of interpersonal effectiveness and selling and negotiation skills in day-to-day work. Previous project management and accounts management experience is essential. Relevant product knowledge and understanding of AkzoNobel’s policies and procedures is critical. Seniority level
