Identify key trend directions, establish promotion and distribution strategies, and execution plans to achieve KPIs and objectives. Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high quality management team. Prepare business plans and ensure execution on target; monitor business plans and budget; effective management of resource utilization/allocation. Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement. Build a high performance culture with competent, flexible and committed workforce. Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations. Job Requirements
Degree holder in related management disciplines. Minimum 10 years printing factory management experience with working experience in PRC; production and technical experience will be an advantage. Excellent leadership and motivational skills. Good knowledge in computer and IT system applications. Self-motivated, aggressive, mature, and high responsibilities. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability. Good interpersonal skills; self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently. Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
